Meet Christian Franz
You deserve an experienced advocate
Chris Franz joined the Tolman Kirk Law Firm in 1997. Prior to that he worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County. He became a partner at Tolman, Kirk and Franz in January of 2001. In 2008, he left that firm to open his solo practice. Chris practices primarily in the area of domestic relations including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child support and child custody. He also represents clients with misdemeanor criminal matters, such as DUI and assault. Chris is a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, and the Kitsap County Bar Association.
Chris and his wife Stephanie live on Bainbridge Island with their kids. They enjoy traveling, going to sporting events, fine food and wine, and raising kids.
